Chongqing Airport Terminal 3
Chongqing Airport Terminal 3 is the international terminal at Chongqing Airport.
The building has a X shaped structure. Central area is called E area, and then there are four sections: A, B, C and D.
Terminal 3 is able to process 45 million passengers per year. It is expected that it will reach its maximum capacity within a couple of years, that is why a new terminal (T3B) is on the way.
TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS
There is a shuttle bus between both terminals with a 5 minutes’ frequency from 04:30 am to 10:30 pm. Travel time is around 10 minutes.
Levels
Chongqing Airport Terminal 3 facilities are split into six levels, which include 14 domestic and 7 international luggage claim areas, 9 boarding islands, among other features.
Additionally, Terminal 3 includes 7 levels of transportation hub, being the first Chinese airport that offers bullet train transportation.
Transportation options include subway, long distance buses, taxi and urban buses, private cars and of course bullet trains.

Golden Century VIP Lounge No. 5: Terminal 3, behind check-in 3C. From 06:00 am to 10:00 pm. Services: TV, Wi-Fi, snacks, newspapers and magazines.
